Nice post. That Marine's arm looks pretty heavy.

I can't comment on this. There is nothing I can say that would do any justice to it.

Raw and Precious. Be a part of it every day.

Each year Memorial Day weekend is host to the Rolling Thunder run in Washington DC. The run originated in 1987 as a demonstration for Prisoners of War (POW) and soldiers Missing in Action (MIA) after the Vietnam War ended. Today it has evolved into a (quarter-million bike strong) demonstration of patriotism and respect for soldiers and veterans from all wars.

I suppose we are lucky that this event is in our back yard, only 2 hours away. Many of our families, friends, and brothers attend each year religiously. I get all choked up every time I even think about it.

God bless!

Incredibly moving, brings a lump to my throat - that's another thing I have on my list; take part in the Rolling Thunder. Who knows? It may happen one day.
Nice new look by the way Stephanie.

This is as it SHOULD be! What an awesome video. I sincerely hope next year I can do the Run for the Wall Ride. I had hoped for this year, but some things came up I had to take care of. Thanks for sharing this ! ! ! !
