Throttler Magazine has published IHG!

I'm totally excited! I made Throttler Magazine! I think I actually have been published in a printed magazine now but I'll have to make sure on that! I re-wrote part of the story so it's a little different then the one that made Garage-Girls. Anyway...YAY! I'm as giddy as a little kid at Christmas!!! Below is the link to the online magazine. If you scroll down 1/2 way you'll find my story and a link to the PDF file. I seriously need to go run around the house now in excited glee! Can you tell this is a big deal for me? lol Anyway...check it out!

Update: Yes...I have been published in Throttler! I'm such a complete dork that after work I drove to the Harley dealer and got 3 copies.(didn't want to seem too greedy since they are free and all) I'll have to go to some other places and scoop up some more. Thanks to everyone that have left the great comments about my accomplishment. Thanks to all of you for following my blog religiously. You all ROCK! I hope we all are able to cross paths someday very soon!

WOW! Congrats to you! I think that is so cool, and great photo of you too!
I think I am going to go thru all the "rider" blogs that I follow and do a post about all the published bloggers in this circle. The more of us that post links, the more the articles will go viral and get seen!

Good onya IHG :-)

Hey Steph...just out of curriosity, cause I know you are an avid writer, and a good looker too, did they pay you anything for the article or are they just cheap skates like me....lol

Hey Baron...they are supposed to pay me for the article. Hope they do but if they don't I'm ok with it. At least I got published! That means more to me then money!

Sorry I'm late Steph, but you know where I've been :)

Con-effing-grats!!! It was a great article. My favorite part was your analogy about trying to explain the color blue to a blind person...that was great. It's an honor to be in your company!

Something I've wanted to add is the fact that you so enjoy being a rider. Not everyone is cut out to be the driver of a cycle. My wife got on a kick she was going to ride. She and our son took the class. She(Paula)got the top grade our son was #2 in the class. Paula went out I with her and bought a 2005 Lowrider. 128 miles into it Paula went off the road and flipped it. Concusion and wrenched tumb. And a couple weeks off her feet. I never liked the idea of her riding. You know how some people can bowl and some can'T (me). Some people can go back to college at 40 and pull a 3.78 (Paula). Well we've been togeather long enough that I did not think she was cycle apt. She sold her bike at a $$$ loss and not loss of life. It just was not her. With being a rider one gets to see sooo much more that the one with the handlebars. Again your story was fantastic. Keep enjoying those rides.
